Wake at 5:00 am every morning.
Pray, Drink Water & Read My Devotional Book
My first task is to pray and give the Lord thanks for a new day. I drink 60 ounces of water while reading my devotional book, Jesus Calling by Sarah Young. I read aloud the three(3) scriptures associated with the devotion from the bible. I am currently using the bible app which has several versions of the Bible. I write, read and say aloud my memory verse for the week.
My morning workout
I focus on stretching and abdominals for 15 minutes.
Breakfast
Make and eat breakfast with my family.
My Inspirational Radio University
Listen to a podcast in the car from www.success.com.
These morning activities help me to regenerate and focus my life, keeps my priorities in tact and settled and setting the tone for a successful day.
